Burkina Faso FA Receives 82 Applications For The Vacant Position Of Etalons

The Burkinabe Football Federation has confirmed that it received 82 applications for the vacant position of head coach of the national team, following the departure of Brama Traoré, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The application window, which was officially declared open by the federation, has now closed, marking the end of the first phase of the recruitment process for the new Etalons boss.

According to the federation, a total of 82 official applications were submitted for the role. 

The next stage will involve a thorough review of all candidates, after which a shortlist will be drawn up.

Shortlisted applicants will proceed to the interview phase, where they are expected to present their technical plans and vision for the national team.

The federation stated that the new head coach of the Etalons will be appointed upon the conclusion of the screening and interview process as Burkina Faso intensifies preparations for upcoming international engagements.
