CAF Appoints Ivorian Officials For Rivers United Versus Black Bulls Showdown

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has named Ivorian referee Kouassi Frederic Francois Biro as the centre referee for the CAF Champions League second preliminary round, second-leg encounter between Rivers United of Nigeria and Associação Black Bulls of Mozambique, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The decisive clash is scheduled for Saturday, October 25, at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. Kick-off is set for 4:00 p.m. local time (5:00 p.m. Mozambique time).
Biro will be assisted by fellow Ivorians Prosper Adiouman (Assistant Referee 1) and Eba Médard Wenceslas Ettien (Assistant Referee 2), with Patrick Tanguy Jean Philippe Vlei serving as the fourth official.
Ghana’s Munkaila Nassam Adam has been appointed as the match commissioner for the highly anticipated encounter.
