CAF CL: Esperance To Arrive Nigeria On Thursday

Ahead of the final qualifying rounds of the CAF Champions League, former African champions Esperance has concluded arrangements to arrive in Nigeria on Thursday, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Tunisia Ligue champions were drawn bye in the preliminary rounds while their opponent Plateau United defeated Gabonese side Stande De Manji.

With the Tunisian league on break, Esperance had a warm-up match last weekend against Club Africain and it ended in a draw.

They have been in closed camping exercise for the crucial game against the Nigeria Professional Football League runners-up.

According to the update from the team camp, they will observe their morning training on Thursday and depart later in the afternoon for Nigeria.

The match is slated for the MKO Abiola stadium in Abuja.
