CAF CL: Watanga FC To Arrive Port-Harcourt On Thursday

Ahead of the first leg of the preliminary round of the CAF Champions League match against Rivers United of Nigeria, Liberia's champions Watanga FC are expected to arrive in Port-Harcourt, Nigeria later on Thursday, BSNSports.com.ng understands.

The 2021/2022 Liberian League champions have been in closed camping in the past few weeks and have started the new season on a sound note winning their opening three games.

The 'Pride of Rivers' has also been in camp and also took part in some preseason games and competitions to be in the right frame of mind for the game.

The 36-man delegation from Liberia is expected to storm Port Harcourt later on Thursday ahead of the game slated for Adoke Amasiamaka stadium on Sunday.
