CAF CL/CC: Rivers Utd, Plateau Utd, Others Get Deadline To Present Venues, Dates

African soccer ruling body (CAF) has intensified its readiness for the 2022/2023 inter-competitions which are slated to commence in September, BSNsports.com.ng has gathered.

The football body Tuesday released the preliminary draws for both competitions with Nigeria's representatives facing tough roads to the group stages.

CAF has further sent a letter to the member associations instructing the participating clubs to present the dates they want to play their home game and the venue.

According to the report, CAF has put August 20th as the deadline for the participating teams to respond.

Rivers United and Plateau United will represent the country in the Champions League while Remo Stars and Kwara United will play in the Confederation Cup.
