CAF Confederation Cup : Insurance Coach Blames Defensive Errors in Draw Against RS Berkane

Bendel Insurance head coach, Monday Odigie has revealed that defensive errors were responsible for their home draw with RS Berkane, The BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Benin Arsenals played a 2-2 draw against the former Confederation Cup champions at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City on Saturday.

Odigie expressed satisfaction with the performance of the players during the encounter.

“We conceded through defensive errors at the back,” Odigie disclosed in a post-match interview.

“At least let us all appreciate the performance of the boys against the former Confederation Cup champions.”

The second leg will take place on October 1 at the Municipal Stadium in Berkane, Morocco
