Bendel Insurance head coach, Monday Odigie has revealed that defensive errors were responsible for their home draw with RS Berkane, The BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Benin Arsenals played a 2-2 draw against the former Confederation Cup champions at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium in Benin City on Saturday.

Odigie expressed satisfaction with the performance of the players during the encounter.

â€œWe conceded through defensive errors at the back,â€ Odigie disclosed in a post-match interview.

â€œAt least let us all appreciate the performance of the boys against the former Confederation Cup champions.â€

The second leg will take place on October 1 at the Municipal Stadium in Berkane, Morocco
