Samuel Eto'o Fils' bid for the CAF Presidency remains uncertain, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The FECAFOOT president is currently in a dispute with the CAF over his exclusion from the upcoming election due to a ban imposed by the football body.

Although CAF's Appeal Committee cleared him to participate, he still requires final approval from the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

Initially, CAS was expected to deliver its verdict today (Friday), but the decision has now been postponed to April 2.

Meanwhile, the CAF Executive Committee election is scheduled for March 12, 2025.
