CAF President Sends Condolence Message To NFF Over Eneramo's Death

The President of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), Patrice Motsepe, has expressed deep sorrow following the death of former Nigeria international Michael Eneramo, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

In an official statement, Motsepe, on behalf of CAF and its 54 Member Associations, extended heartfelt condolences to the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), its President Ibrahim Musa Gusau, the family of the late forward, and the entire nation of Nigeria.

Eneramo, who enjoyed a distinguished club career, featured for Lobi Stars in Nigeria, Espérance Sportive de Tunis in Tunisia, and Turkish giants Beşiktaş J.K. among others.

CAF described his passing as a significant loss to African football, paying tribute to his contributions to the game.

“May his soul rest in peace,” the statement concluded.
