CAF Releases Draws For Women's Champions Playoffs

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has officially released the draws for the 2025 CAF Women’s Champions League playoff, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The draw ceremony, held on Monday in Cairo, Egypt, saw eight qualified teams grouped into two pools of four.
According to the draw, Group A comprises FC Masar (Egypt), ASFAR (Morocco), 15 de Agosto (Angola), and US Bamako (Mali).
In Group B, TP Mazembe (DR Congo), ASEC Mimosas (Côte d’Ivoire), Gaborone United (Botswana), and JKT Queens (Tanzania) will battle for supremacy.
CAF also confirmed that Egypt will host this year’s edition of the prestigious women’s club competition, with matches expected to kick off later this year.
The top two teams from each group will advance to the semifinals, as the race for continental glory intensifies.
