CAF U23 AFCON Q: Olympic Eagles Arrive Morocco, Battle Ready For Guinea

The Nigeria U23 Eagles will on Sunday morning arrive in Rabat, the venue of Tuesday's return leg of CAF U23 African Nations Cup qualifier against Guinea, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

Guinea U23 national team held Nigeria to a 0-0 draw in the first leg of the last round of the U23 African Nations Cup qualifier at the Moshood Abiola Stadium Abuja last Wednesday.

The Nigerian team left their hotel at 3:00 pm Saturday and arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport at 4:00 pm. They boarded their flight at 6pm and arrived Lagos at 7pm. They were conveyed to Park Lane Hotel, Ajao Estate, where they rested before boarding Air Maroc to Rabat, the venue of the encounter. The team is expected to board at 5:00am and arrive Rabat at 10:00 am on Sunday.

Meanwhile, the Guinea U23 team arrived in Rabat on Friday evening and had their first training session on Saturday morning.

Newly invited AJ Auxerre striker Madious Keita has joined the Guinean side and was also part of the training.

The game will take place on Tuesday in Rabat with the winner over both legs going through to the CAF U23 African Nations Cup finals.
