CAF WCL: Bayelsa Queens In 'Group Of Death', Battle Defending Champions Mamelodi Sundown

African Soccer ruling body ( CAF) has conducted the draws for the 2022 Women's Champions League that will be hosted in Morocco, BSNSports.com.ng has gathered.
Seven teams have already secured their place in the competition and it remained only the representative from the UNIFFAC region but despite that CAF proceed with the draw.
According to the draw held at the Mohammed Moulay Technical Centre in Morocco, Nigeria and WAFU B champions, Bayelsa Queens were placed in Group B alongside the defending champions Mamelodi Sundown of South Africa, Wadi Degla of Egypt and UNIFFAC ( TBC).
Group A consist of the host AS FAR of Morocco, Simba Queens of Tanzania, Green Buffaloes of Zambia and Determined Girls ( Zambia).
The competition will take place between the 30th of October and the 13th of November in Morocco.
Rivers Angels represented Nigeria in the maiden edition in 2021 but failed to make it beyond the group stage of the competition.
