Following their ouster from the CAF Confederation Cup, the goalkeeper of Bendel Insurance Amas Obasogie has focused on the future, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Obasogies was outstanding in all 4 matches played by the Benin Arsenal in the competition.

The lanky goalkeeper put up a superb performance in the second-leg game against ASO Chlef of Algeria where he saved 3 penalties in the keenly contested match.

Obasogie was outstanding in Morocco where Insurance faced RS Berkane in the second leg of the second round of the competition.

He was able to keep the game at a respectable scoreline of 1-0, though Insurance crashed out but the agile goalkeeper remained happy with the team's performance.

Obasogie reacted to the team's performance via his social media handle with the inscription ' Better Day Ahead Bendel Insurance", and he also posted his picture.

Bendel Insurance is expected to be back in the league this weekend when the league reaches match day two.
