CAFCC: CAF Grants Dadje FC Exemption To Host El-Kanemi Warriors In Benin

African soccer governing body has granted Dadje FC an exemption to host their first preliminary round of the Confederation Cup at Mathhieu Kerekou Friendship Stadium in Benin, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

CAF, earlier in the month, urged Dadje FC to seek an alternative venue for their home game outside the country after the Stadium failed to get approval.

The football body arrived in the country on Wednesday after a round of inspection. They granted the opportunity to host the game at home but urged them to improve the playing surface before the game or risk banning.

Dadje FC will host El Kanemi Warriors in the first leg of the preliminary round of the Confederation Cup in August.
