A week after beating Nigeria's champions Rivers United, the disciplinary committee of the African soccer ruling body has come down heavily on Young Africans of Tanzania, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Just before the second leg game at the Benjamin Mkapa stadium in Dar es Salaam, the fans of the club attacked the bus of Rivers United, and lasers were also used on the players in the course of the game.

CAF on Sunday afternoon announced a fine of $10,000 for the usage of lasers fireworks on the players of the Nigerian side.

They were also fined $25,000 for the bus incident against Rivers United.

Young Africans will face Marumo Gallants in the semi-final of the competition.
