Tunisian Ligue One side Club Africain qualified for the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup after a 3-0 spanking of Bahir Dar City, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Former Lobi Stars player Kingsley Eduwo was the hero of the game as he was instrumental in the encounter.

Eduwo returned to Tunisia after a short stint in the Gulf region where he distinguished himself.

Bassem Srarfi netted the opening goal off an assist from the Nigerian International.

Eduwo registered his name on the scorers sheet towards the tail end of the first half before Hamdi Laabidi netted the 3rd goal in the second half of the encounter.

Club Africain has now joined Rivers United of Nigeria in the group stage of the competition.
