CAFCC: Remo Stars Confront FAR Of Morocco As Kwara United AS Face Douanes Of Niger

Nigeria's representatives in the CAF Confederation Cup also get tough opposition in the draw conducted on Tuesday at the CAF headquarters in Cairo, Egypt, BSNsports.com.ng has gathered.

Remo Stars and Kwara United qualified to participate in the consideration after they finished in 3rd and 4th position in 2021/2022 Nigeria Professional Football League season.

The Sky Blue Boys will have their hands full when they face Moroccan giant FAR in the preliminary round while the Afonja Warrior got a relatively an easy opponent in AS Douanes of Niger Republic.

Qualifying from the stage means Remo Stars has to face the winner between Ashanti Gold of Guina and CS Nouakchott in the second stage.

Kwara United will have to contend with the defending champions RS Berkane of Morocco if they survive the Nigerien side.

The games have been slated for late August up to early September.
