CAFCC: Remo Stars To Depart Nigeria On Saturday Via Private Jet

Ahead of the preliminary round of the CAF Confederation Cup game against AS FAR of Morocco, Nigeria's representative Remo Stars has concluded arrangements to depart the country on Saturday morning, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The 'Sky Blue Stars' qualified for the competition after they finished in 3rd position in 2021/2022 Nigeria Professional Football League season.

They were drawn against the Moroccan giant AS FAR in the preliminary round with the first leg taking place in Rabat.

According to the update from the team's camp, their newly appointed coach Daniel Ogunmodede will lead the technical crew consisting of 12 backroom staff with 20 players and some supporters.

The game will come up Sunday at 8 pm local time while the second leg is slated for Remo Stars Stadium in Nigeria.
