CAFCC: Ufere Rescues Point For Enyimba International In Home Draw With Zamalek

Chinedu Ufere was the saving grace for the Nigeria representative Enyimba International as they rallied from 2 goals down to a 2-2 draw, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Facing Zamalek of Egypt in the second group game of the CAF Confederation Cup, it was the away side who rallied to a 2 goal lead through Seiffedine Jaziri and Omar Faraj.

The People's Elephant commenced their resurgence in the 45th minute through Ifeanyi Ihemekwele.

Ufere pumped up the volume in the second half to level the game in the 57th minute and all their efforts to secure a late goal proved abortive as the game ended 2-2.

Enyimba now has 1 point in 2 games while Zamalek moved to 4 points.
