CAFCC Draw: NPFL legend Ezeji Departs Nigeria For Cairo

Ahead of the quarter-final draw of the CAF Confederation Cup, former Nigeria Premier Football League star Victor Ezeji has departed the country for Cairo, Egypt, BSNSports.com.ng report.

Ezeji started his professional career with the Sharks FC of Port-Harcourt in 1996 and ended his Nigeria league adventure in 2015 with Heartland FC of Owerri.

The prolific forward was among the ex-players invited by CAF to grace the quarter-final draw of the competition.

" By His grace, I got a special invite from CAF for the CAF Champions League and Confederations Cup quarter-finals draw tomorrow 5th April 2023 in Cairo Egypt. Already at the Business lounge. God be praised", he said.

Nigeria representative Rivers United is among the club that will be drawn on Wednesday.
