CAFCC Playoff Round: CAF Approved Adokiye Amasiamaka Stadium, 7 Others In Nigeria

Ahead of the playoff rounds of the CAF Confederation Cup playoffs round, the African soccer ruling body has released the list of the approved stadiums for the games, BSNSports.com.ng report.

Two Nigeria clubs, Rivers United and Plateau United are among the team that will participate in the playoffs round.

Rivers United crashed out of the champions league after they lost 7-2 on aggregate to the defending and Esperance of Tunisia also got the better of Plateau United on away goal rule after playing out a 2-2 draw on aggregate.

The football body listed 8 stadiums in Nigeria for the playoffs and including Adokiye Amasiamaka Stadium (Rivers United), Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Lagos, MKO Abiola Stadium Abuja ( adopted home of Plateau United), Goodwill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo, Enyimba International Stadium, Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Benin City.

The first leg game is slated for the 2nd of November while the reverse fixture is on the 9th of November, 2022.
