CAFCL: Egyptian Officials Take Charge of Esperance, Plateau United Tie

Ahead of the second leg of the qualifying round, the African soccer ruling body has announced the match official for the game between Esperance of Tunisia and Plateau United of Nigeria, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Nigeria league side took the control of the game after they secured a 2-1 win in the first-leg match played at the MKO Abiola Stadium in Abuja.

CAF on Wednesday announced Ibrahim Nourendinne as the centre referee for the second leg match.

He will be assisted by his compatriot Samir Gamal Gaad who will work as the first assistant referee, Youssef Al Boussati as the second assistant referee and Ahmed El Ghandour will serve as the 4th official.

The second leg game is slated for Rades, the former African champions will hope to secure a win with at least a goal margin while Plateau United will seeking for a draw to reach the group stage.
