CAFCL: Medeama SC Receive Cash, 47-Seater Bus Boost For Remo Stars Game

As part of motivation ahead of the important first preliminary round of the CAF Champions League against Remo Stars, Ghana Premier League champion Medeama SC has received a cash boost and a 47-seater bus, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Founded in 2001, Medeama won the Ghanaian League for the first time in its history last season and qualified to represent the country in the Champions League.

They were drawn against Nigeria's premier league runners-up in the opening round of the competition.

The president of the country His Excellence Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo supported the team with a cash reward of $88.613.20 for the game.

The team was also rewarded with a 47-seater bus by Hisense among other products to propel the team.

The first leg is slated to take at Cape Coast Stadium on Sunday.
