CAFCL: Remo Stars Finally Arrive Pretoria

After several delays, Nigeria’s Remo Stars have finally arrived in Pretoria, South Africa the venue for the second leg of their CAF Champions League second preliminary round clash against Mamelodi Sundowns, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Sky Blue Stars touched down in Pretoria on Friday evening as they continue preparations for the decisive encounter scheduled for Sunday.

Remo Stars face a daunting challenge after suffering a 5-1 defeat in the first leg played in Ikenne last weekend. 

The Nigerian side will need to overturn the heavy deficit by scoring at least four unanswered goals to have any chance of progressing to the group stage of the competition.

Despite the odds, the team remains optimistic and determined to give their best performance on South African soil.
