The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has set conditions for the work of coaches in some clubs that will participate in the Champions League and CAF Confederation Cup next season, BSNSports.com.ng report
CAF stipulated that the coach obtain a professional license (Pro - CAF), or at least an (A) license, in addition to the fact that the assistant coach in the technical staff should have a license (B) at least.
The Confederation of African Football sent official letters to all the federations including the Nigeria Football Federation, where CAF set several rules, as follows.
The coach or his assistant will not be allowed to sit on the bench to perform his duties from the stadium unless they hold such licenses.

The coach and his assistant are allowed to register as team officials and participate in all official activities, media talks, etc., but he will not be allowed to be on the bench unless he has the required licenses.
