CAFCL/CC: Remo Stars, Rivers Utd, Abia Warriors, Kwara Utd To Learn Opponents Mid-August

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced the date for the draw of the 2025/2026 inter-club competitions, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Remo Stars and Rivers United will fly Nigeria’s flag in the CAF Champions League, while Abia Warriors and Kwara United are set to compete in the CAF Confederation Cup.

According to CAF, the draw for both competitions will be held in mid-August in Tanzania.

The continental body also reminded member associations that the deadline for the submission of participating clubs remains July 31.

Meanwhile, clubs from Libya have been granted a waiver due to their ongoing league playoffs currently taking place in Italy.
