Former African champions Esperance of Tunisia on Saturday underlined their ambition to regain the champions league title as they picked the quarter-final ticket in style, BSNsports.com.ng can report.


The Nigeria duo of Kingsley Eduwo and Anayo Iwuala were the stars of the game as Tunisia Ligue one champion hammered Jwaneng Galaxy FC of Botswana 0-3.


It was former Lobi stars of Markudi attacker, Eduwo, that netted the opening goal in the 13th before Super Eagles winger Iwuala doubled their lead in the 31st minute.


Eduwo completed his brace in the 64th minute after good footwork from former Enyimba International winger Iwuala.


The victory ensured that Esperance qualified for the quarter-final of the champions league this year.
