The coach of Edo Queens has lamented the scoring problems of the team and identified it as reason the team failed to achieve more in Morocco, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Despite starting the competition on a strong note, Edo Queens finished in the 4th position in the just concluded CAF Women's Champions League.

While reacting to the team performance, Adukwu said they return to the drawing board and come back stronger.

“We have learnt our lessons. We started very well but went down without scoring goals at the critical stage of the tournament,” he told the club’s media.

“We are going back to the drawing board to work on our deficiency. I am not happy that we were not scoring. We learnt a lot and next time I am sure we will do better.

"This is our first time. The teams and tournament were not too much for us, just that our plans did not work. Next time we are going to be better", he added.
