CAFWCL: Adukwu Targets Bronze For Edo Queens

The coach of Edo Queens, Moses Adukwu, has set sights on getting the bronze medal for the team against Masar FC, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Nigerian champions will face Masar FC in the 3rd place game on Friday to determine who will take the bronze medal.

Both sides clashed in the group stage, and it ended scoreless Adukwu, on Thursday, made it clear that Edo Queens will not return home empty-handed.

"It’s a football game, you win some, you lose some. But we are not down, we are not out yet, we are fighting for the 3rd place,” he told a press conference.

“So by Friday, I am expecting my girls to go all out and see how they can win the bronze medal".

“I know it’s not going to be an easy one, the Egyptian team is also good. The last time we played them, it was goalless, but I believe goalless will not give us a bronze. So, we need to go all out to win", he added.
