CAFWCL: Edo Queens Duo Makes Team Of The Group Stage

The Confederation of African Football has released the team of the group stage for the ongoing 2024 CAF Women's Champions League, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The group stage games have been concluded, and 4 teams, including Edo Queens ( Nigeria), TP Mazembe ( DR Congo), Masar FC ( Egypt) and AS FAR (Morocco), have booked their spot in the semi-final.

According to the team released by CAF, the Edo Queens duo of Cordelia Odoma and Emmem Essien made the list of the players in the team.

The host club, AS FAR, has 4 players, Masar FC 2 players, and Sundowns and TP Mazembe have a player each.

The semi-final of the competition is fixed for Wednesday, with Edo Queens facing TP Mazembe and Masar FC clashing with AS FAR.
