CHAN 2024: Senegal Unveils Final Squad Ahead Of Clash with Eagles

Following nearly a month of closed-camp preparations in Dakar, Senegal has officially announced its final squad for the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN), BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The list, released on Friday evening, notably excludes star midfielder Issaga Kane, who has been ruled out due to injury.

Drawn in the same group as Nigeria, the defending champions are targeting a second CHAN title.

The team is scheduled to continue its preparations from July 14 to 27 at the Jules François Bocandé Technical Center in Toubab Dialaw.

This year’s tournament will be jointly hosted by Tanzania, Kenya, and Uganda.
