Countries under the Council of Southern Africa Football Associations South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Namibia are reportedly advancing plans for a joint bid to host the 2028 edition of the Africa Cup of Nations, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

According to emerging details, South Africa is expected to serve as the primary host nation, staging the majority of matches, while Botswana, Zimbabwe and Namibia would host selected fixtures across the tournament.
