Canada women's national soccer team delivered a commanding performance to defeat Zambia women's national football team 4-0 in their FIFA Series encounter, with a dominant display that underlined their attacking quality and tactical discipline, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Zambia women's national team are one of the three Group C opponents the defending champions Super Falcons will be facing at the 2026 Africa Women's Nations Cup in July in Morocco.

Forward Nichelle Prince was the standout performer of the match, scoring twice in quick succession before halftime to give Canada firm control of the contest. She opened the scoring in the 41st minute, finishing off a well-worked attacking move, and doubled the lead deep into first-half stoppage time (45+2’) with a composed effort.

Zambia struggled to contain Canada’s high pressing and fluid attacking play, often finding themselves pinned back in their own half. Despite occasional attempts to break forward, the African side was unable to create clear-cut opportunities against a well-organized Canadian defense.

Chuku added a third goal in the 80th minute, capitalizing on defensive lapses, before sealing the emphatic victory with her second strike in the 88th minute, capping off an impressive team performance.
