Championship: Ekong Hails Teammates As Watford Back To Winning Ways

After suffering a humiliating defeat to Swansea, the English Championship club Watford FC has returned to winning ways, BSNSports.com.ng report.

At the Liberty Stadium in Wales, Swansea walloped Watford FC 4-0 to dent their promotion ambition.

The Hornets bounced back to winning ways on Monday with Nigeria's Super Eagles defender William Troost-Ekong in its lineup.

They emerged victorious in the game via a lone strike from Bayo and Ekong praised the team's efforts through his social media handle.

"The best way to start 202+3! Well done lads", he said.

Since the coming of Slaven Bilic as the team's head coach Ekong has been in and out of the team.
