Nigeria-eligible forward, Chuba Akpom, continued his impressive performance in the English championship this weekend as he led Middlesbrough to a 1-3 away win over Swansea City, BSNSports.com.ng reporta.

Piroe put Swansea ahead in the 15th minute at the Liberty Stadium as they closed the half on the driving seat.

Boro came back stronger in the second half scoring twice in the 54th and 57th minutes through Ramsey and Archer.

Nigeria descent registered his name on the scorer's sheet as he netted the 3rd goal from the penalty spot in the 77th minute.

Akpom has now scored 22 goals this season for Middlesbrough as they continued their quest to return to the Premier League.
