Chelsea Legend Drogba Believes Africa Will Rule The World One Day

Chelsea and Ivory Coast legend, Didier Drogba believes an African country will one day win the World Cup, BSNSports.com.ng can report.


Cameroon, Morocco, Tunisia, and Senegal, Ghana will represent CAF in the first ever November/December World Cup and Drogba says they are the best teams in Africa at the moment.


“I hope that one day I see an African team winning the World Cup,” Drogba said. 


“The World Cup should have more African teams, I am glad that will happen starting from the next edition. 


The legendary Ivorian striker added that he was not surprised that Egypt and Algeria failed to qualify for the World Cup. 


“Egypt and Algeria failing to qualify was expected, the teams who qualified are the best in Africa.”


Drogba like Samuel Eto'o is vying for the biggest football administration position in his country with the aim to help better the Sports in the country.
