Chukwueze, Moses Simon, Dele-Bashiru Among Early Birds As Others Expected Ahead Of Eagles Training On Tuesday

Not fewer than eight Super Eagles players have arrived in Abidjan on Monday night ahead of the 2025 African Nations Cup qualifier versus Benin Republic on Thursday, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
As at 10:35pm on Monday, Nantes forward, Moses Simon, AC Milan winger, Samuel Chukwueze, Amas Obasogie, Raphael Onyedika and Frank Onyeka were among the early arrival in Abidjan for the team's first training on Tuesday.
Other players in Abidjan are: Fisayo Dele-Bashiru, Gabriel Osho, and Bruno Onyemaechi while captain, William Troost Ekong, Galatasaray striker, Victor Osimhen, Atalanta forward, Ademola Lookman and others in the 23-man list are expected to hit camp today.
The three times African champions will face Benin Republic on Thursday, 14th November in Abidjan in the matchday 5 fixture before returning to Nigeria to host Rwanda in the last group game of the AFCON qualifier on 18th November, 2024.
The 2024 African Nations Cup runners-up are currently on top of the group with 10 points with only one point in the two games to secure the 2025 AFCON ticket.
