Chukwueze Leads Fulham To Victory Over Brighton

Nigeria’s Super Eagles winger Samuel Chukwueze played a decisive role as Fulham secured a 2–1 comeback victory over Brighton at Craven Cottage on Saturday, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Brighton took the lead in the 28th minute when Yasin Ayari found the back of the net, silencing the home crowd and giving the visitors control heading into the break.

Fulham head coach turned to his bench in the second half, introducing Chukwueze, and the decision proved inspired.

The Nigerian winger made an immediate impact and drew Fulham level in the 72nd minute with a well-taken finish to restore hope for the hosts. With the match heading toward a draw, Fulham pressed for a winner and were rewarded late on.

Harry Wilson struck in the 90th minute to complete the turnaround and seal all three points for the London side.

 The victory extends Fulham’s positive run at home, while Chukwueze’s influential cameo underlined his growing importance to the squad.
