Chukwueze Receives Commemorative Jersey For 200 Appearances

Nigeria's Super Eagles winger Samuel Chukwueze has received a commemorative jersey from the management of Spanish La Liga side Villareal after his 200 appearances, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Flying Winger joined the Yellow Submarines in 2018 and he has become a household name in the club.

 The Nigerian winger has reached 200 caps with the club since April 27, 2023, in La Liga. 

He has since added three more games and now has 203 appearances for Villarreal. 

In a gentle manner ceremony, Chukwueze received his award of honour.

After 203 games, the 23-year-old Nigerian has scored 37 goals and provided 31 assists.
