The duo of Nigeria's International Cyril Dessers and David Okereke were on target for Cremonese on Thursday in a club friendly, BSNSports.com.ng report.

The newly promoted Italian Serie A side continues its readiness to turn its season around when the league resume.

Since the commencement of the season, Cremonese has found it difficult to secure a win in the league.

As part of their preparations, they played against Salssomaggiore in a friendly on Thursday and recorded a 6-0 victory.

They scored 4 goals in the first half with Dessers scoring from the spot in the 24th minute and Okereke scoring his goal in the 38th minute.

Cremonese completed the rout in the second half with goals from Afena Gyan and Sernicola.
