Club Licensing: Relief For Nigeria, Others As CAF Extend Date

Nigeria and other member associations of the African soccer governing body on Monday got relief as the football body extended the date of the Club Licensing, BSNSports.com.ng reports 

The football body in May announced that all the participating club in the 2024/2025 Inter-Club competitions must have their licensing update on or before the 31st of May.

CAF also said they should clear all their debt or make an agreement before the end of the month if they want to play in the competition next season.

However, according to the latest update from the headquarters of CAF in Cairo, Egypt, the body has decided to extend the date to the 22nd of June, 2024.
