Nigeria's Super Eagles forward Cyril Dessers continued his impressive performance with his Dutch Eredivisie club Feyenoord in the UEFA Conference League, BSNsports.com.ng can report.

Since joining the Dutch side from the Belgian Jupiler League side Genk, Dessers has been a revelation for the club especially in the continental football.

Former Heracle Armelo player was the hero again as Feynood defeated French Ligue club Olympique Marseille 3-2.

The Dutch side hosted the first leg and it was Dessers that stole the show as he fired a brace in the encounter.

He opened the scorers sheet in the 18th minute before Sinitera made 2-0 two minutes later.

Dieng reduced the tally in the 28th minute before Gerson levelled the game in the 40th minute.

Dessers made the game safe for Feyenoord as he netted the winning goal in the 46th minute before he was replaced in the 82nd minute.

Feyenoord will travel to France next week for the return with the winner over both legs advancing to the final
