Crawley Town Confirms Arrival Of Super Eagles Defender

The English League One club Crawley Town FC has officially confirmed the arrival of Nigeria's Super Eagles defender Benjamin Tanimu, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Tanimu joined the Tanzania League last summer after having a decent outing in the Nigeria Premier Football League with Bendel Insurance. The deal with Crawley was agreed last week but the English club confirmed it on Monday afternoon. "Crawley Town Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of Nigerian defender Benjamin Tanimu from Singida Black Stars for an undisclosed fee. "The 22-year-old has signed a two-year contract with the club', the club said.
