Cricket: ICC Global Development Manager To Visit Nigeria

The Nigeria Cricket Federation continue its efforts to promote and develop the game across the country, BSNSports.com.ng has gathered.

In the next five days, eight countries will gather at the famous MKO Abiola Stadium in Abuja for the ICC U19 men's cricket World Cup qualifier.

The Rwanda Cricket team among others are expected to start arriving in the country on Monday to compete for the three slots available for the continent.

According to the update from the federation, International Cricket Council Global Development Manager William Glenwright will arrive in the country on a 3-days work visit.

The development manager confirmed his coming to the country and he further said he's looking forward to the visit.

"Been looking forward to this visit for a long time. Eager to learn more about the extraordinary growth of Cricket Nigeria so that we can build an even stronger partnership and apply these lessons elsewhere", he confirmed.
