Crisis Rock Obasogie's Singida Black Stars as Coach, Technical Crew Are Sacked

The club side of Nigeria’s Super Eagles goalkeeper Amas Obasogie, Singida Black Stars, is currently embroiled in a major crisis following a string of poor performances and disappointing results, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Tanzanian outfit has taken drastic action by sacking head coach Othmen Najjar and dissolving the entire technical crew in a bid to arrest the club’s declining form.

The decision comes after a run of unsatisfactory outcomes that has left the club struggling to meet expectations, prompting the management to initiate sweeping changes within the team’s structure.

Obasogie, who has been part of the squad, will now have to adapt to the changes as the club begins the process of rebuilding under a new technical setup.

Singida Black Stars are expected to announce a replacement for the vacant coaching position in the coming days as they aim to stabilize their season and improve results.
