Cross River State Governor Showers Cash On Super Eagles Forward

Following his feat with the Super Eagles in the 2023 African Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast, the Cross-State Governor Bassey Otu has showered cash on Nigeria's Super Eagles forward Terem Moffi, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Moffi was called up as a late replacement for Sadiq Umar and he was able to make 2 appearances in the competition.

The governor made the donation when Moffi visited him in his office.

He commended the player for being a good ambassador of the state and his contribution to the team.

He further promised to continue supporting the player either in the national team or his club side in France.

Moffi is one of the players invited for the upcoming World Cup qualifier against South Africa and Benin Republic.
