Customs, CNS Advance To NVBF Super Cup Men’s Final

Nigeria Customs Service booked a place in the men’s final of the Nigeria Volleyball Federation 2025 Super Cup after defeating the Nigeria Correctional Service 3–1 (25–23, 22–25, 25–18, 25–21) in a keenly contested semi-final clash in Abuja, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

In the other men’s semi-final, CNS Spikers delivered a dominant performance, sweeping past Defence Spikers 3–0 (25–22, 25–18, 25–23) to set up a title showdown against Nigeria Customs Service.

Earlier in the day, Life Camp Volleyball Club edged Ajase Ipo Volleyball Club 3–2 (17–25, 25–23, 25–23, 22–25, 15–11) in a thrilling encounter to secure fifth place in the men’s category.

In the women’s competition, COAS Spikers came from behind to defeat CNS Spikers 3–1 (14–25, 25–17, 25–23, 25–22) on Friday, February 6, sealing their place in the final of the tournament.

The final day of the 2025 Super Cup will be played on Saturday, February 7, with four matches scheduled. Defence Spikers will face the Nigeria Correctional Service in the men’s third-place match at 9:00am, followed by the women’s third-place playoff between CNS Spikers and Vipers Spikers at 11:00am.

The women’s final will see COAS Spikers take on Nigeria Customs Service at 1:00pm, before Nigeria Customs Service face CNS Spikers in the men’s final to conclude the competition.
