Cypriot Match Officials For Portugal Versus Nigeria Friendly, As Tickets, Are Sold Out

Top Cypriot referee Chrysovalantis Theouli has been named to take charge of Thursday's international friendly match between Qatar 2022 World Cup-bound Portugal and Nigeria at the Estádio José Alvalade, Lisbon, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
According to information got on A Bola, Theouli will be assisted by his two countrymen Michael Soteriou (1st Assistant Referee) and Marios Kalogirou (2nd Assistant Referee), while Miguel Nogueira from Portugal is the 4th referee.
Meanwhile, despite the absence of a few key stars like captain Cristiano Ronaldo and Italian Serie A top scorer and red-hot Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen, all tickets for the match on Thursday have been sold out.
The Selecao of Portugal will again have strong support from their fans, same as the Super Eagles as the Nigerian Community in Lisbon will be mobilizing Nigerian residents to come to cheer the team on.
According to the Portuguese Football Federation(FPF), all tickets available on its website and all those that were offered for sale in Continente stores were sold, which means that there will be excitement at the 50,095 capacity Estádio José Alvalade.
The game on Thursday is expected to kick off at 7.45 pm Nigeria time.
