D'Tigress To Face South Korea, Two Others In FIBA World Cup Group Fixture

Nigeria’s senior women’s basketball team, D’Tigress, have learned their schedule for the upcoming FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

According to the official fixtures, the African champions will open their campaign on September 4 against South Korea women’s national basketball team, with the game set to tip off at 1:30pm (WAT).

D’Tigress will return to action a day later, September 5, when they face Hungary women’s national basketball team at 1:15pm (WAT).

Their final group game is scheduled for September 7 against France women’s national basketball team, with the encounter billed for 1:30pm (WAT).

The Nigerian side will be aiming to make a strong impression in the competition as they continue their rise on the global basketball stage.
