Dare Lists Completed Sporting Infrastructure Projects Under President Buhari

Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Sunday Dare has released the list of infrastructure development projects completed by President Muhammadu Buhari's administration, particularly in the last four years when he became the minister, writes BSNSports.com.ng.
Dare while speaking with BSN Sports on Friday in Abuja rolled out the number of infrastructural development the Ministry's Adopt-An-Infrastructure initiative that was pushed by the Private, Public Partnership (PPP), listed 23 projects that witnessed turned around at the Moshood Abiola Stadium Abuja.
Keys projects that were sponsored by the Federal Government and Private sectors at the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja, include the installation of a new digital scoreboard, a football pitch with a water sprinkler system, rehabilitation of players' changing rooms including
sauna, bath, and replacement of players' lockers.
Others are: Rehabilitation of 3x1000kva gen-sets with control panels, repair of the synchronizing panel and Main bowl Floodlights repairs, testing, and certificatintensitytyty AF-approved contractor.
Installation of stand-alone solar streetlights and replacement and installation of CCTV cameras in some
strategic locations at the stadium and rehabilitation of its control station.
The velodrome that was abandoned for years has been renovated and has hosted many international cycling competition.
