Dele-Bashiru Reveals His Motivation To Do Well

Nigeria's Super Eagles midfielder Fisayo Dele-Bashiru has revealed the motivation behind his success in the game, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Since making his debut for the Super Eagles, the Lazio of Italy midfielder has become a regular caller in the team.

While speaking to Making of Champ, Dele-Bashiru revealed that the success of his brother, Tom Dele-Bashiru, remained his biggest motivation.

"When I was growing up, he was my biggest motivation,” Fisayo said.

“He was doing so well while I struggled, especially during my time at Manchester City. Seeing him thrive pushed me to improve myself.”

Dele-Bashiru remains a big doubt for the final game of the 2025 African Cup of Nations qualifier against Rwanda.
